Milanese bookseller Diletta Colombo has been a guiding force in the world of illustrated books for over two decades. From her beginnings in a chain bookstore to co-founding the independent Spaziobk and, most recently, the innovative Volumebk, Colombo has dedicated her career to fostering a deep connection between people and picture books.
Colombo’s journey into the bookselling world began in 2002. By 2008, she found her niche in the art department, specializing in both new and used illustrated books. This passion culminated in 2012 with the co-founding of Spaziobk in Milan. Late last year, Spaziobk transformed into Volumebk. This unique union merged her bookstore with a music store, creating a new cultural hub.
