When it came time to choose a university path, she hesitated between illustration and surface pattern design. She chose illustration in the end for its storytelling potential and the versatility it offers across creative disciplines. As a teenager, Kasperowicz faced challenges with her mental health, and drawing became a vital escape and source of comfort.
