Lennart Menkhaus is an illustrator based in Oldenburg, northern Germany. He has remained in the creative industry without changing direction since graduating from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) in Hamburg, Germany, with a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration. He has worked with diverse clients over the years. A significant part of his early work was in the music business, where he worked closely with the Deichbrand Festival over an extended period. Over time, his passion shifted towards editorial illustration, leading to commission projects from prestigious German publications like Süddeutsche Zeitung, FAZ, Stern, and Der Spiegel. Menkhaus also undertakes various projects, from unique bottle designs to band merchandise at his home studio.
